In order to start creating the sharing process, as a logged in user, select the project which documentation will be change (1), and then click on the link Sharing process (2):

The user will be transferred to a new view where he will find information about all sharing processes divided into their statuses (1).

The properties of the processes in the given tabs can be broadly defined as:

• Waiting for your decision - complex processes, waiting for the user's decision
• In progress – complex processes, waiting for approval (it is possible that some of the reviewers have already made a decision).
• Shared – processes completed, all reviewers have made a decision, changes have been introduced into the documentation.
• Rejected – processes in which one reviewer rejected the proposed changes. This process can be edited and resubmitted for review.
• All – list of all processes for a given project.
• Drafts – processes being edited/created before being submitted for approval. Any user can see the draft and later publish it.
