The BinderLess app keeps the user informed of watched threads via notifications. In addition to these notifications, alerts are sent via email.

Each user can personalize three settings:

• Email notification batching strategy – this setting is responsible for the frequency of sending e-mail messages by the BinderLess platform. Possible options are:
  • None
  • Short-term, approximately every 15 minutes
  • Long term, approximately every 2 hours
  • Daily
• Email notification level – this setting is responsible for selecting e-mail messages that will be sent to the user's mailbox. Possible options are:
  • None - The user does not receive any notifications. Use: When the user does not want to be distracted by any information from the application.
  • Minimal - Only the highest priority notifications related to important or critical events are displayed. Use: For users who only want to be informed about the most important things.
  • Justified - Includes notifications of medium and high priority. Information is more balanced, covering both important and relevant but non-critical messages. Use: The optimal choice for most users who want to stay up to date, but don't want to be inundated with less important details.
  • All - The user receives all notifications, regardless of priority. Use: For those who want to keep track of every aspect of the application and have a full view of its activity.
• Web App notification level – this setting is responsible for selecting notifications, available in the upper right corner. Possible options are:
  • None - The user does not receive any notifications. Use: When the user does not want to be distracted by any information from the application.
