The Issue feature on the BinderLess platform is an intuitive and user-friendly module that allows users to quickly submit information about faults in a less formal manner. Additionally, it is integrated with other modules of the system and allows for features such as adding photos. This makes it easy to assign the report to a specific area, which increases data transparency and streamlines the entire process.

The Issue module streamlines daily communication both during the construction phase and the subsequent building maintenance. Thanks to the BinderLess application, both the person managing the reports and the observer can be confident that the entire history of the issues will not get lost in the flood of messages from different channels. Everything is clear, organized, and always easily accessible.

Adding new Issue

Using the Issue module in BinderLess begins with assigning the appropriate role to the user in the Role Configurator. Without this step, access to the module's functionality will be blocked.

To add a new Issue, go to the "Issue" tab and then click the "New Issue" button.

The platform will automatically redirect the user to the new Issue template, where all mandatory fields must be completed, such as the issue report name, the assigned person, and the content of the issue report.

The user has many options to refine the Issue and make it as clear as possible for the person assigned to it and its observers. After completing all the details, click the "Add Issue" button to confirm it.

The Issue number is automatically assigned by the application (1). Unlike other modules, there is no decision-making process involved in this case. The person assigned to the issue and the observers added using button (3) do not participate in an approval process.
