The BinderLess app allows you to easily track comments added to files through the Comments tab:

Comments are divided into three columns:

• Active – Comments, not yet resolved, waiting for other users to respond..
• Resolved – Comments already inactive, resolved by some user. For the sake of transparency in the whole process, such comments are not deleted, but kept in the second column so that any user can go back and read them.
• Removed* - comment marked as deleted by the user, such comment is not permanently removed from the system, its history always remains.

The BinderLess app allows users to show or hide deleted comments through a filter (1), then a third column (2) will appear on the screen.

The content of the comments, in addition to the replies, is invisible, but if it is unclear whether the designer accidentally replied to the changes, the discussion history can be traced. In this way, there is no situation in the BinderLess application where comments accidentally disappear.
