The change order process is exclusive to all people who are assigned appropriate permissions by the project administrator in the project people management panel:

By default, the user will appear after logging in in the tab In progress and will see a list of change orders that requires his or her approval:

Editing a change order

The person who created a given change order has the opportunity to edit such a change order before all decision-makers accept it:

When you press the button Edit, user ****is transferred to the change order edit panel, where all previously completed data is visible:

The changes are confirmed by clicking: Change order submit.
