The BinderLess application allows within a project for additional authorization of files already shared that have gone through the sharing process (see previous point). Authorization plays a key role in effective collaboration between project teams and ensures tight control over project changes.

To facilitate file review as well as authorization, the BinderLess application allows each user to access a new tab: All Files.

Rules of documentation authorization

To activate authorizations for files in project documentation, you must first create the appropriate authorization rule. Authorization rules in the BinderLess application work in the same way as for material request acceptance rules and sharing processes. The project administrator can set rules in the project panel, under the Acceptance Rules tab:

Authorization

Once an authorization rule is created, the user assigned to the rule will be able to make decisions about each file once it is shared. This can be done in three ways:

  1. By accessing the file preview, whether from the All Files tab or the Documentation view:
