A user who wants to make changes to the documentation must have an active account in the application and be assigned to a given project with a role. A user in a project with no documentation content will see the following screen when they first open the documentation panel:

TO-DO list:

• [ ] Create a new process
• enter the name of the process
• add a possible (optional) comment to the process
• [ ] Create a proccess stage*
• [ ] Add folders in the process (volumes and chapters/subchapters)
• [ ] Add files
• [ ] Approve changes
• [ ] Publish the process

*Stage – an element identified with the investment stage, for example: conceptual design, implementation stage; The Stage does NOT providethe possibility of placing the files themselves (only the development of the structure in the form of Volumes).

We recommend creating a single stage in which folders will be placed.
